German based augenschein Filmproduktion was founded in 2008 by Jonas Katzenstein and Maximilian Leo and has since produced and financed more than 30 international films. The company has earned a solid reputation as go-to-producers by focusing on international English-language quality feature films including the recent Scott Free co-production BERLIN NOBODY, the elevated survival thriller THE DIVE, the German-financed thriller 7500 and the sci-fi thriller STOWAWAY. augenschein has worked with acclaimed talents including  Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anna Kendrick, Toni Collette, Sadie Sink, Eric Bana, Sylvia Hoeks and Kathy Bates.
